I bought a new car and I phoned them to do a deinstallation and to fit the old unit into my new car, de/re cost was 870 they took the money off my account in October 2024, its been 5 months now and nothing has been done to get the work sorted out

I bought a new car and I phoned them to do a deinstallation and to fit the old unit into my new car, de/re cost was 870 they took the money off my account in October 2024, its been 5 months now and nothing has been done to get the work sorted out. I canceled the de/re and still haven't received refund.
