I am so sad and not so happy

<p>On the 16 December I had a challenge my speedometer light went on and off until off complete and I took my car to two elections paid for the check up and both of them told me that my fuse are ok and I lost money and I am not able to see my speed when driving at night. on the 26 December I went to the car computer inspection onother R300 gone . the guys did not find any flat I was asked about the tracker installation and after I told them that I have installed a tracker they told me that maybe after the dashboard was taken of cable's were not installed proparly . and I my tracker installation certificate stated that the things were in order. I wrote an email to tracker and it's 8 days today no f phone call which I was promised and I am driving at night dthees days .</p> <p>Where to report this conduct .</p> <p> </p>
