I am not happy with Cartrack and their service agents who drop the phone in my ear when I’m complain about their incompetency. Claudal Simelane dropped the phone in my ear when I was venting that I cannot track my car via their app, their app is faulty and I have called many times to report it and nothing is being done about it. I am very disappointed, not being able to track my vehicle’s whereabouts does not give me peace of mind. I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone and I will cancel this contract because it does not serve me.
