I am happy with the service from Shane Bergman, he was diligent while dealing with me, calm and confident and extremely professional. I was sceptical to call Cartrack after a string of bad service. From calls being dropped on me to calls being Transferred by the likes of Thabang Lesenyego. Shane has successfully restored my faith in Cartrack and his a true champion of Customer service. Well done
