I am disappointed by CARTRACK service

I regret taking the Cartrack R139pm product or just this company ,the services are bad compared to other companies i used in the past. The online car self tracking option point in the wrong direction and the history reflected is incorrect. I will be calling them tomorrow to downgrade from the current package as the additional benefits for the option taken are useless. sometime we stick to the well known companies in the market.
