I am deeply disappointed with the service of cartrack.
Hi, I'm really disappointed with the level of service we are getting at cartrack. When joining, I was told only about the less important stuff but now after a year and months, I'm getting calls saying that I must insure my device. How do I insure the tracking device? Isn't your responsibility to make sure that as clients we are sorted when the device stops working?
Now we have to pay R600 for the device if it stops working or pay extra money every month to avoid paying that R600. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
When you are with cartrack, you buy a car, get car insurance, get a tracking device from Cartrack then get a device insurance. Does that make any sense?
I pay each month for the tracking device and service but I have to insure my device? Does that make sense to you?
Recently, my car started giving me problems and when I called the dealership to inform them, they advised that I must call my tracking company for them to come and check the device if it is not tampering in any way with the components of the car.
I did, now another surprise I got from your consultants is that they will arrange for a technician to come and check and if it is found that the device is working pretty well, I'll have to pay call our fee of R600. How on earth must I pay that? Why should I pay it because I'm already a client and paying every month? If only I knew about all this, I wouldn't have signed any contract with you. Deeply disappointed.
You consultants all say it's the company's terms and conditions. All that information is there on the contract. Now why on earth would a company create such terms and conditions? I know yall are in business but that's a reap off for your clients.

The dealership adviced me to call my tracker company for them to come and check their device before the dealership try to resolve my matter with the car. Now when I call yall you telling me that if it is found that there's nothing wrong with the device I'll have to pay R600 as a call out fee. I'm not sure if this appears to be fair and reasonable to your clients.
