I am being harassed and I am not even a member!

Good morning

I got a new phone in Sep 2021 a took over a phone that was previously allocated to somebody else.

Since Jan 2022 I have been receiving SMSs and calls from your call center for a Miss Joyce about an account that is in arrears.

I am NOT miss Joyce. I have spoken to 8 different people from your call center asking them to remove me from the call list as they have the wrong person and I still receive 3 sometimes 4 calls a day.

This is harassment! Can you please remove my telephone number from the list?

According to one SMS I received, the account number my cel nr is linked to, is: JOYC00020
