I am based in Pretoria and sold my car to a friend in Richardsbay (the car is already there). Firstly, the Head Office assisted with logging my request. Secondly Michelle from the Richardsbay branch was extremely patient and helpfull in setting up an appointment with the new owner to have the device removed and to guide me in arranging with "scheduling" for a new device to be installed in my other vehicle. Again, I received much understanding, patience, and excellent service from Phathudshedzo Malise.
