I am an existing client of Cartrack

I am an existing client of Cartrack. They contacted me to sell their tracking devices. I informed them that I already have a contract with them and that I wanted the camera system added to the package. The representative of Cartrack informed me if I add my additional 2 vehicles they would charge me R289 for the complete package. I agreed to the package. On 05/04/2025 they sent their technician. He came and fitted the 2 new tracking devices and I signed the 36 month contracts on condition that they going to fit the camera in on my existing vehicle. The technician said that the camera system showed PENDING and that I should follow up on 07/04/2025. A senior manager phoned me to apologize and said that she would come back to me to reduce the monthly fee on the 2 new contracts of cancell it without a penalty. They do not keep their promises and I was deceived in signing 2 new contracts under false pretense. Please help Hello Peter.
