I am absolutely appalled by there service and customer care service

I am absolutely appalled by there service and customer care service. There device hasn't been working sufficiently in my vehicle, I said once they repair it they will get payment, it's been almost 7 months now, no repair, but I've been handed over to there lawyers. I believe this is bad business, they need to deal with issues at hand sort out the problem before just handing over a person.
