I activated my car guard for the 1st time today and because I'm not used to it (as it's a new feature on my policy) I forgot to deactivate it when I started my car. Cartrack's call centre called my son immediately and he apologized for our mistake. The agent Moloto immediately asked to speak to me to verify my details and after I also apologized she made a note on the system. Cartrack is professional and very prompt. I can advise anyone to get a tracking device from them. I'm so happy from day one
