How will they assist in a case of emergency if they cannot even install a tracking device??

Please be careful of this tracking company. They are fast to arrange a debit order and then you struggle to get them to install the device. I had an installation scheduled for Monday 2022/12/19 and until today no one came to do the installation. When I phoned to enquire about this, I was told that this will be escalated and someone will contact me, this also didn't happen. How will they assist in a case of emergency if they cannot even install a tracking device??
