How safe am I with a company that can't execute a simple deinstallation and reinstallation of they own tracking units

How long does it take you to investigate coz clearly this seems like a automated reply to all hello peter reviews on the 17/02/2020 I requested to do a de an re till date your technicians have not done anything the vehicle was at Auction Nation because it was a right off I asked you politely to go fetch those units as that car will be sold because it was no longer my property guess what the vehicle is sold and your units are off its exactly a month 6/3/2020 debits orders were taken all information given to you still no feed back no calls from you. so tell me what exactly are you investigating coz right now I don't need you to investigate I need you to call me fetch those units and come and install it in my new car and tell Pretiska from your scheduling department to catch a wake up call.
