HOW ABSURD!!!!
I was a long standing customer of almost 15 years or more. I discovered that my unit stopped working. In order to have it repaired I must pay R600. As I am out of contract, I opted to rather cancel the service instead of paying R600 for the repair. Yet I must give notice for 20 working days "contractually" which I do not have a problem with.... but to have service rendered to me "contractually" during my notice period I must pay R600 for the repair...HOW ABSURD!!! So contracts only work one way. Please do not insult me by posting your standard reply!
