HORRIFIC service from cartrack
PAST HORRIFIC, service from cartrack. They handed us over in August for R180 on a vehicle that was sold in 2015 but yet we have other vehicles with them. Nimbot closed the case as nothing made any sense. With that said cartrack canceled our policy on our amarok. My husband bought a new amarok two weeks back with a one year dealer cartrack payment. Since yesterday we've been receiving threatening emails, whatsapp's etc saying they switching of our cartrack as we did not pay it. We have been sent from pilot to post.

05 Dec 2024, 07:30It not even 7:30 and the messages from Cartrack started, but yet no call received from someone to assist with the problem. HORRIFIC HORRIFIC AND WE DID NOT WANTED TO USE THEM AGAIN BUT due to the dealership paying it for one year we had NO CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
