Horrific service - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from these people, they do not care about your safety, as long as you keep paying they keep taking the money even though the system is a complete failure. You push the panic button and nobody calls you, I did it 4 times over a few days not one call, I emailed them but they don't reply, they even give you an email address that says tell the CEO what a load of ******* they don't reply.

So I knew the best way to get a reply was to reverse the debit order which I did well they called me a few days later to ask why did I reverse the DO, nobody has responded to any emails or messages all I get is why did I reverse the money.

How sick are they I live in Durban we have had some bad stuff lately and I am driving around with my family thinking I am safe when actually nothing works.

Absolute disgrace. The technician was quick to tell me how big they are and how rich the owner is well now I know why they take but they don't give back.
