HORRIFIC SERVICE!! clients is just a number that pat their monthly fee!

On Wednesday morning about 5:45 I was in a attempted hijacking people surrounded my car while i was driving very slowly due to the riad I used they smashed the passanger side window in an attempt to get access into my car they then used their weapons to try and break other windows and even pointed a gun at me on the driver side of the window I pushed the panic button several times just to get an automated resmonse to select the relevant number!!!! Seriouslt I was very specific when I requested when I phoned around for quoatations and car tract promised that they offered this service that I'm looking for I asked if it is manned 24/7 and they conformed that a human person will contact me...... well that did not hapoen and I got ZERO YES ZERO assistance from cartract. About 10 minutes later some lady eventslky phoned me to ask if I realise that I pressed thd button 6 times!!!! I was in so much shock and disbelueve that I told het to get a senior manager to contact me or my husband (they do hsve his info) well nobody boghdrew ti phone back. My husband called the next day and ask to speak to the CEO Mr Louw...... WELL still no feedback. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO SIGN UP WITH IF YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE!!!! This is the first social platform that I approach and will share this on all other platforms untill I get feedback from a SENIOR manager! Im waiting for feedback and will not let this go.
