Horrific service - Cartrack

Extremely disappointing service. I waited three days for the technician to install the device, with repeated cancellations. I stayed home waiting each time, only to be let down repeatedly. Every time I called, I was placed on hold or the call disconnected. The level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this company.
