Horrible/terrible Service

I have been trying to get assistance from cartrack for the past two weeks and everytime i fall short. Firstly is takes about 30 mins of being passed around from one consultant to another, and even after that one is still not assisted. I had an appointment scheduled and no one should up and no communication at all, when i follow up i am told my appointment was never scheduled. Personal this is an inconvenience, i understand we are during difficult times and probably not everyone is back in the office. The NC Branch has provided terrible service
