HORRIBLE Tracking company with rude consultants

Working with this company this year has been a flippen nightmare, firstly, my husband was hijacked with my car in Jan, a very rude consultant said to me my husband isn't hijacked maybe he went to his "affairs* wow , today the app is giving me the wrong location, called the client care and was given the wrong location AGAIN not me being charged twice this month, can I get an explanation for all this mess going on
