Horrible terrible cartrack

If there was 0 star that's what I was going to give them. Cartrack debited my account for 2 days in a row totalling to R1660 and when I want it back they give me a run around. They also don't know what is the money for. They tell me that they will call in 7 days to attend to my query. I hate this company with everything that I have.
