Horrible Service to Schedule Fitment

Worst Customer Service Ever !! I have spent 30 min on the line in the past 2 days to just schedule a de-installation and re-installation between my vehicles. When I requested a weekend slot they informed me they will check and call me back I then called back a day later and said any day would be fine. I was asked to hold the line and 10 minutes later I was reverted back to the main switch board.
