HORRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

DON'T EVEN THINK OF JOINING THESE GUYS, LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF You are better off with another tracking company, this one is no option, they sell pipe dreams. I lost my 2 motorcycles with their trackers in them, they could not detect any issues. I reported it and they promised to feedback to me daily, well needless to say im the one who keeps following up daily. Their call center agent called me, rude as they come, not understabding im frustated with their snail pace as i have done all they require from my side. She tells me that they will not call to give feedback until they find the bikes, i ask so in the mean time i must just sit not knowing whats what, she says if thats what i want to do, i ask what is the time frame of them looking and not finding will i get feedback, she says she doesnt know, i ask so it could be years, she says if thats how i take it. Is this how their call center agents are trained to speak to clients??? To say im angry is an understatement, i am fuming.
