Horrible service on your call system

Cartrack is good when they want new business and you give them... But after you sell your car and call them to cancel your policy with them, the audacity to hang up the call on you, lie and say they will call back and never do, but also good and quick in debiting your account. Horrible service, all you after is money and not listening to your clients, how do you offer such horrible service as a company with a value system, I will never refer someone to you
