Horrible service from Cartrack! Do not use them!

I used cartract in my car. When I sold the car I called cartrack and cancelled the tracking. I can't even rember signing up for an unlimmited time. When I phoned them they said that there is a R2600 cancellation fee. I was also not aware of that. I arranged to pay R500 every month. But I cancelled on the 11th of Jan to cancel. But On the 15th of January they debited R184.08 (monthly instalment) On the 15th of January they debited R500 as aggreed Then on 16th of January they debited R2650 Then I called Cartrack. Now doing the calculations it was more than what I owed them Then on the 22nd they debited R2650 I called again Then on the 31st they debited R2650 again.... Is there some manager that can phone me to sort this out!

Horrible service I will never recommend you!
