Horrible service from Cartrack

I have a tracker contract with Cartrack. They installed tracking cameras on my back is in the vehicle cabin and at the back of the vehicle. In less than two monthsafter installation the two cameras at the back fell of. In January 2021 I reported this and no action was taken.

Apparently the two cameras were fitted with silicone mounting with no brackets of some sort on the bakkie back despite the fact that the service provider new this was a logistics bakkie. When I emailed my complaint requesting cancellation as they were not giving expected support and proper workmanship on the units they are revoking the contract.

It my humble submission that the service provider sold what they cannot support in respect of my situation.
