Horrible service from Cartrack

What a horrible service from Cartrack. I had everything processed over 3 weeks ago and they have been failing to come and install their tracking device on my TLB. I made first appoint, and waited for them and they did not show up. I made endless calls to get a second appointment, and still, they did not honour the appointment. The last straw was yesterday (22 February 2025) when they did not honour the appoitment for a third time. When I called after 09h00 to find out why the technician did not come I was told he will come at 12h00. I called again at 13h00 after realizing the technician was not coming, and I was told he says he does not have the tracking devise. In all the occasions I was the one who kept calling instead of Cartrack calling me to reschedule. No one bothered to apologise. What a horrible service
