Horrible service

Last week Cartrack installed a unit in my vehicle, the technician decided to disconnect the pre-existing unit by cutting the wires underneath the dashboard. He left the wires hanging and it looks so untidy, when I called Cartrack they're saying because it was not their unit I have to pay R600 for the to fix the wires. But I did not ask their technician to disconnect the wires anyway, he should not have fiddled with the wires in the first place. I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Cartrack, a guy tweeted a few months ago with a similar issue from Cartrack which means this is how they operate. I was very sceptical of signing up for this product after seeing that tweet, but I decided to think with my heart instead of thinking with my head.
