Horrible service ,Don't take their tracker nonsense

Horrible service,by nontobeko and yolela rude ladies ,I called last week and was promised my tracker report by some lovely lady, I was shook when car track called me about an activation I was not aware of and worse I don't even have their app on my phone to activate that but no someone had request the car watch on without my knowledge and I must know who did that when I have said many times I did no such and wanted them to investigate who did that ,supricingly when I asked that they call me back with feedback now calling for the 3rd time I was told they are only inbound not outbound i must wait on the phone and waist time,how when you guys called me last week to verify the car watch request???? Now you can't call back ok then I ask to cancel the tracker I was put on hold for forever till now I wrote this complain and still holding on their line..........horrifying indeed
