Horrible Service!!!!

I owe cartrack R1236.00 for a service they never provided for me . I asked for a reinstall for a tracking device for my new car end November last year and until today I never got an explanation why it never happened. But their outstanding amount they call me about it every single day and to top it off the people who call about it are so very rude . I’ve never in my life experienced such horrid service . I guess money is what matters the most to this company and not customer satisfaction. I literally moved to another tracking company because Cartrack never delivered the service I asked of them .
