Horrible Service Cartrack Recovery Limited Warranty

Yho I'm sick and tired now of Cartrack Recovery Warranty, I don't know it how many times I've been complaining about one thing and I know Cartrack is quick to reply here but to sort out the issues NO, my claim for recovery warranty at last it been approved last week 16 January 2026 and they said I must send the proof of my bank I did, and they said I'll receive the money on that week 20 January - 23 January 2026 then I haven't received the payment, when I phone they don't give me an answer why I haven't received the payment as they promised they said they will call me back, then I've sent emails, now they are telling me the Finance they don't just do payment any day the are scheduleds for payment but before they said I will receive the money payment within a week, they way I'm so ****en tired with Cartrack going back and forward, as if they don't know what they are doing, CARTRACK JUST PAY THE MONEY, cause I'm so ****ed now
