Horrible Service-CarTrack

Very bad service the guy by the name of Bokang installed the unit on Tuesday and he gigave me his number that if theres a problem i must call him,i did call him on thursday when i drove my car he said he will come friday morning,which he didnt i called him again around 15h00 he said he will come here because he stays around this area.now my car is flashing all the lights and power steering not working,i called call centre and spoke to Tebogo who was very rude and told me i should sort it out with the Technician its not his problem.i then called again and spoke to Tinyiko he was very helpful even though im still waiting for his call.now Platinum mine have to shut down because car track couldnt install their unit.WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE.i need them to take out their unit and fix my car
