Horrible service

Cartrack has horrible service after I’ve been with them for over 3 years and now they are refusing to come remove their device which is draining the car battery. I cancelled their subscription because I needed roadside assistance which they say they provide but after waiting for hours I was told about a call out fee of R850. Cartrack only wants to take peoples money they do not provide any services. If you want peace don’t choose Cartrack because they are horrible
