Horrible service

Worst employees ever , my wife has paid everyday since joining this company , but every week they are send messages saying that she is in arrears. She’s been sending bank statement after bank statement but nothing has changed , they are threatening to take legal action but ignoring her messages when she sends bank statements to show she has been paying. They are taking money from people that does not owe them.
