Horrible service. Beware. Unauthorized debits.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible service.

I am apualed by the sheer lack of feedback and accountability. I settled an arrears that transpired due to their systems not working properly and took advantage of the settlement discount. A month later an unauthorized debit order. After several (probably more than 10) calls and numerous emails (probably more than 50) to various employees including Yenzile Malatje, Nthombifuti Ngwenya and Portia Masinga there was just no feedback. I resorted to sending 10 or 20 mails in a row just to see if that might make a difference which it didn't.

Yenzile confirmed in writing on the 16/04/2026 that I will have my refund within 7-14 working days. To this day I am still to recieve my refund.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible after sale service.
