Horrible service

I have never used such pathetic service like what you are offering. I called on Friday to organise with you to remove a device from an old car (which is at a dealership) on to the new one. A fee of R880 was debited which I want to reverse. Everything was organise nicely them, promising to remove device within 5 days. Now when I call I get transfered to scheduling and maintaince which don't answer their phones. I have been calling no luck. When I call I get transferred and I hold for 15 minutes plus then the line gets hang up.

I am going to reverse my R880 cause of this pathetic service, and deactivate your ****ing device in my old car.
