Horrible Service

I am not happy about this tracker.. My dad's car was ****** early hours of yesterday but the update we get is no communication to the unit but how? When you debit from our accounts you don't hesitate but your service is so unsatisfactory honestly...everyone here at home is using your tracker, I've been with cartrack for 5years now and after yesterday i am canceling the tracker..
