Horrible service

I have been trying to get my old unit deinstalled from my written off car to my new one for over 3 weeks now and everytime I call I get different people who all say different stories and it’s really annoying cos my car won’t be fully covered till I have a tracking unit installed. I have 4 other cars with Car track and I will not be renewing my contracts with kind of service I receive.
