Horrible service and wrong times

I requested video footage on 2 occasions now and when I eventually received it, it runs in a loop. It starts then don't carry on, it just restarts the same footage. The times on their system is COMPLETELY wrong and when requesting in the afternoon 14:00 I receive for 02:00. And if you contact the camera division they never answer!
