Horrible service and harassing when cancelling
Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend to anyone. They purposely make 3 years contract in small fine print even if you want a short-term contract. When you join the staff says is a month to month contract, only when you cancel they tell you about 3 years contract and that you must still keep on paying until 3 years is finished. They harass and threaten with their attorneys because they are “big company”. They forget they are big because of customers. If customers are no more they won’t be big. Worse service I’ve ever had in my life. One day is one day, this company will fall.
They have a nerve to keep my contacts in their marketing database. I want nothing to do with Cartrack and they must never ever contact me again.

It’s not like you will refund me the R9500 that I paid to cancel. I had trucks with 4 trackers. As I said on the review I was made to believe that I’m signing up a month to month contract by your *********** staff. I don’t know why you do not train your staff to be transparent with this 3 year contract and it’s fee of early cancellation. I kept asking for a recording of telephone conversations I had with your staff when I signed up because they said I was told of the 3 years contract. They could not send that proof, they gave me run arounds. I was forced to pay because I was threatened with being blacklisted and your Attorneys were already handled this matter.
Unless I will be refunded my money for being treated unfairly, there is nothing you can do to help me with your investigations. You are just wasting my time and energy for nothing like your staff did.
