Horrible service and bad customer service

The past 4 months, Cartrack have been deducting money from my account without reinstalling the tracker device on my car, i have phoned them several times following up and asking them to reinstall the unit but they keep on making empty promises up until today, they haven't been done it. Your service is disgusting and pathetic 😒
