Horrible service

Today I signed up and the agent was okay but I personally feel that the agents need more training to speak to their customers. The second agent was just so rude when I tried to tell her the link they sent me was obviously faulty because I could not change my address for the tracker fitment, and the fact she shouted at me made it worse. Car Track needs to get their things together because how do you not send out a confirmation of tracker fitment??? There is no reference numbers that they provide , let alone proof.
