Horrible service

I made a payment on the 25/10/2021 and my app is still not working. I have made endless calls to the contact centre to fix the app no one can help me. You guys are very frustrating. You make endless calls for payment and quick to refer to legal but you cannot provide the service when you have the payment. fix my app!! Abraham from legal never responds to your email
