Horrible Service

Terrible service received from cartrack, I signed up and they came to install the device and they assured me that if I call the contact center I will be able to see my car on the app. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me I am going to receive a SMS with my login details but nothing has come through! I am no longer interested in your tracker I want you people to come take it out!
