Horrible schedluing- Technicians miss appointments

I had a torrid time with their scheduling department. I recently purchased a new car and needed to schedule dates to move my tracker. I have scheduled four different dates with them. They miss every appointment. Waited for a technician on the 13th, 18th, 20th and 23rd. They also miss the appointment with no notification. Genuinely looking just just move to another tracking who values my time and business. I advise you not to enter into 36 month contracts with them as one you have signed all the enthusiasm that comes with service completely dissipates. As a customer who has paid every month for over two years I am beyond dissapointed!
