Horrible experience from Cartrack service

I need help. Cartrack is a horrible service provider. I had a device installed in my car and my contract with them ended in Oct 2019. I then informed them that I dont wish to continue with the contract because 1. They never call or inform when the car is out of your jurisdiction. 2 They never call or inform if the battery is removed from your car. The only time Cartrack calls you is when they debit your account and they dont get funds. I informed Cartrack when I sold the car in Feb 2020. Cartrack continued to debit my account beyond Oct 2019 and beyond Feb 2020 when the car was sold. Between my conversations with people calling me from Cartrack, they decided to send me an email from Smangaliso informing me that the contract is cancelled Oct 2020. From last week Cartrack has been trying to *******ly debit my account for over R2000. Their legal team sent me an email for collection of just over R1000. Cartrack is on an ******* fishing experdition , causing me unnecessary bank charges.
