horrible disgusting service from car track

Horrible service from the car track!!!!! i pressed their panic button several times no response no call back no nothing, how pathetic that even the SAPS responded faster than cartrack did- in fact till today they havent responded to my alert! my car is a write off now and i called in to let them know, yet all they care about is their stupid contract and premiums. how am i supposed to continue paying for a service when i dont have a car? how stupid is that? im super dissapointed even the consultants are rude and dont care spoke to Rodimela, Nomvula, Upheana & Shahir and they all were cold transfering me wasting my airtime. Sies!!!
