Horrible customer services

I have never experience such horrible customer service from any service provider matching the experience I got from Cartrack

Its been more than 10 been business days since I called your company regarding my refund I'm still waiting for a follow up call Thabang Mokoena Supervisor accounts department.

communication with Cartrack has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive any concrete assistance or resolution.
