Horrible company, with lies and deceipt

I have a fleet of cars (around 28) with car track and I have been trying to get the daily trip report from them from the last month. I have made multiple emails, escalated it, called over 12 times and spoken to supervisors. They have been saying it is a server issue but it has not been fixed. Now they do hang up on me and the supervisor is never available if I ask for one.

This is my livelihood and I don't get paid if I don't have this report. Don't go with cartrack if you want good service.
