Horrible client services

Good morning Very horrible service I received from cartrack this morning, unexperienced client service advisor who doesn't know how to differentiate between professional and personal. I spoke to very rude lady by the name of Shila who doesn't understand customer service. I think your guys need more training on what is awesome service. I'm soo disappointed as I've been a client for you for 4 years.
